Current events

OVIONT INFORM has become a participant of the partner program Microsoft and has got the status of Microsoft Certified Partner with the following jurisdiction "Custom Development Solution".
The development and introduction of automatic informational system of investigating sub-units and central structured information data is being held as a part of projecting the Unified Informational Communication System for The Ministry of Internal Affairs. Such software can supply with unified informational cooperation and automation of the investigating processes as well as collecting structured information about the actions of all employees on all levels.
Together with our partners we continue to develop and technically supply AIS Nalog 2 Moscow. We try to meet the demands of the Tax Treasury Service of Russia using modern communicational and program-technical opportunities.
We continue to develop and supply the sub-units of book-keeping and division of revenue (AIS Kazna 2000) as a part of unified software for the Tax treasury Service of Moscow.
We broaden functionally AIS Receipts Administrator fulfilling the integration with existing systems of earnings administrators.
We continue to project, develop and introduce automatic systems and software for the Federal Treasury.
We offer to the users of Balans-2W new service of distribution of tax law changes monitoring, adjoining laws and other sectoral events, as well as articles, comments and interviews of officials from the finance bodies (Minister of Finance of Russia, his deputies, Head of Tax Treasury Service, head of Moscow Treasury and their deputies) about the events in tax sphere.

2006

The Workplace of investigator and Workplace of Investigative force Chief were delivered to 37 Federal Investigation jails all over Russia as a part of the Unified Informational and Telecommunication program of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
The development of special registration was finished due to the interests of the Criminal Investigation Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
Moscow State buys Balans-2W program for 400 Moscow hail growth companies.
Together with the company SKB Kontur we developed the software Balans-2W extern for the preparation, control and handing in the book-keeping documents to the Tax Services via telecommunication channel.
New software AIS Receipts Administrator was developed and was being introduced to make the process of book-keeping and administrating tax payments automatically, as well as for support of electronic informational cooperation of earnings administrator with the body of Federal Treasury Service. The sphere of the software application was budget earnings administrators in all levels of accounting system.
Together with our partners - The main scientific and research computer centre of the Federal Tax Service and "IT Systems - intellectual tax technologies" the software Projecting and control of travelling audit was developed and introduced to Moscow tax bodies. This software functions as a part of AIS Nalog 2 Moscow program based on centralized data storage and special client technology.
AIS Kazna 2000 was working on further development of unified service software for Federal Tax Service in Moscow.
Together with ORACLE we started designing and developing of Federal Treasury Automated System (FTAS), which is held as a part of modernization of the whole treasury system of Russia. Our specialists, consultants and programmers were working in the unified project group and carrying all the charges.
We developed special software for web-access to data base AIS SADKO of the North Administrative Division prefecture for the users of district systems which are connected to district Internet.

2005

Our company has successfully passed the audit for conformation the certificate of management and quality system GOST Ð ISO 9001-2001 for 2005 year.
We got the license from the Federal Service of controlling the communication No 31577 which permits to fulfill the telematic communication service in Moscow and Moscow region.
We got the certificate of official registration the products of the company:
- Workplace of Investigator
- Workplace of Investigative force Chief
The Workplace of investigator and Workplace of Investigative force Chief were delivered to eight investigation jails of Russia.
ORACLE, OVIONT INFORM and partners became the winners of World Bank's tender for the development and introduction the automatic system of Federal Treasury of Russia.
AIS Kazna was replaced by AIS Kazna 2000 in Federal Tax Service. Since January 2005 the operation of AIS Kazna 2000 started in 15 Treasuries all over the Russian regions.
The software for the automation the administrator's functions of receipt and informational cooperation with Federal Treasury was introduced to the territorial bodies of Federal Agency of controlling the property.

2004

We got the license from Federal Security Service for fulfillment of work which was connected with the usage of information which contained State secret.
The representatives of OVIONT INFOM at the head of the executive director Grigiry Artamonov took part in the International forum ORACLE OPEN WORLD 2004.
The full-scale introduction of AIS Nalog 2 Moscow was finished in all inspectorates of Moscow.
The second stage of testing the capability of Balans-2W which was being preceded during the last two years was finished.
A number of specialists from the company became a part of ORACLE working group and participates in the arrangement of the competitive offer for the World Bank tender of development and introduction of Federal Treasury automatic system. OVIONT INFORM became a partner of ORACLE in this tender.
In Federal Treasury Services started the step-by-step replacement of AIS Kazna which was in use since 1994 to AIS Kazna 2000. The replacement of the software accompanied with the transfer of data to the new system. AIS Kazna 2000 was introduced to commercial operation in the Treasuries of Vologda district, Orenburg district, in Kemerov district and in the Republic of Udmurtia and other regions of the Russian Federation.
In Moscow Treasury, the system of booking and elaborating the customs earnings was introduced into commercial operation and it was called AIS Kazna 2000: Custom.

2003

We continued to introduce AIS Nalog-2 Moscow to the Tax inspectorates of Moscow and we used the software developed by our partners and us which contained cameral methods of tax and accounting control. Other Tax inspectorates of Moscow still continued to use the system Koltso, which had been also developed by the specialist of our company.
We got the license of Federal Agency of State Communication and Information which gives the right to:
- Fulfill the service in the area of cryptographying the information.
- To accomplish the technical service of certificated by the Federal Agency of State Communication and Information cryptographyc devices and automatic informational systems of fulfillment the State budget and tax and accounting control systems in e-form.
Russian Agency of Partnership and Trade Mark gave out to OVIONT INFORM the patent on inventing "Medical Informational System" No 2207623.
The checkouts of Balans-2 finished in the center of certification and accompaniment of software of Russia. As a result we've got the certificate of conformance.
AIS Kazna 2000 was taken to the commercial operation and it was included to the Fund of algorithms and programs of Ministry of Finance of Russia.
The work of transferring the accounting and tax functions of the earnings assessment to the unified Treasury account which was serviced by AIS Kazna 2000 was finished in Moscow Treasury. The migration of more than 30 data bases situated in 10 regions of Federal Treasury was transformed to the unified Moscow Treasury data base. Now more than 60% of all incomes of Federal Budget are elaborated in AIS Kazna 2000. During some rush days over 200 thousand documents are elaborated.
The exploitation of AIS Kazna 2000 was put in Vologda district and Orenburg district and other regions of the Russian Federation.

2002

The assessment of the budget step by step is transferring to the unified Treasury account and is operating in the system Kazna 2000 in Federal Tax Service in Moscow. According to this transformation the data consolidation is transferred to the unified data base of the Federal Tax Service.
OVIONT INFORM has become a participant of the partnership and received a certificate of ORACLE's partner.
As a result we have got a number of certificates:
- The State standard certificate of conformance ¹ RUS RU.ME20.H00545 dated from June 13, 2002 year. The certificate proves that Balans-2 arrangement and analysis of accounting and tax book-keeping meets to the demands of the normative document.
- The license of State Technical Commission under the Government of Russian Federation No 1060 dated from July 03, 2002 year.
- The license of Federal Agency of State Communication and Information, which grants to OVIONT INFORM the right to project, develop and manufacture information protection frame as well as the technical service and distribution of cryptographic devices.
- The certificate of conformance, which proves that the management quality system which is used for the development manufacture and accompaniment of applied software for solving the tasks of economic administration and software, corresponds with ISO 9001-2001.

2001

A number of additional functions was introduced into Balans-2 amongst which the possibility of data carriage from the accounting programs such as "1C", "Info-accountant", "Turbo-accountant" , "Best" and others.
AIS Kazna 2000 was put in commission to the Tax Service of Lipetsk region.
AIS Kazna 2000 was put in commission to the Moscow Tax Service. All the revenues, which are administrated by inter-district inspections, now accounted in the new system.

2000

OVIONT INFORM as well as other companies became one of the participants to have realized the project of exchanging the information between the taxpayers and Tax Service departments using the system of cryptographic security and numerical e-signature.
Bundled software AIS Koltso was introduced into the educational process of the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation together with other institutes and universities. It was developed for the registration, checking, controlling, and analysis of the taxpayers in the Tax Inspectorates of Russia.
Our Company has also developed informative and advisory Internet system ILL.RU. There was a successful presentation on the exhibition "Medicine. Health. Computers". After the exhibition had been finished, ILL.RU System was awarded with a diploma.
The capacity of AIS Kazna 2000 was widened with the functions of accounting and assessment of the budget from all the levels and from off-budget recourses.

1999

In the Tax inspectorate of Moscow ¹ 8 started the experiment of exception of tax accounts in the form of e-documents from the taxpayers, such as legal entities. This experiment is based on the cameral check Balans-2, which is spread on a free basis.
In our office we demonstrated the first prototype of AIS Kazna 2000 for the implementation of the state revenue. The developed software was demonstrated in the main Treasury Service Department of the Ministry of Finance of Russia and to the staff of the Federal Treasury of Russia.

1998

OVIONT INFORM continued the renewal and technical support of the cameral audit program for the tax-payers Balans-2, created and developed in 1991, as well as the programs for the accounting Balans 1+, Invoices, Drafts, Consolidated bookkeeping.
Balans-2 started to be used in the educational process in the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
At that time started the development of the automatic communicatory system (AIS) Nalog-2 together with the educational - methodological center, Moscow Federal Tax Service Department, Research Institute of Communicatory Technology of State of Moscow and with the AMM-TaxPro company.
Also began the development of the new system AIS Kazna 2000, which automated the functions of implementation of the state budget in territorial institutions of Federal Treasury. The development is being made on the platform of ORACLE software.

1997

OVIONT INFORM, JSC, was created on basis of the company OVIONT and continued its work which is connected with IT system development for the state service (Ministry of Finance of Russia, Federal Tax Service of Russia) and municipal management bodies, as well as software for book-keeping and tax accounting of legal entities and individuals.

Top
