AIS Receipts Administrator

Outline

The system is meant for computerizing non-tax revenues accounting to the budget system of the Russian Federation. It provides rapid electronic workflow with a territorial body of the Federal Treasury. The software provides automation of all receipts administrator’s functions, defined by the active budgetary legislation.

System function

The System computerizes the following functions:

• Reception of accounting and reporting data, primary pay documents from the Federal Treasury.
• Generation of order documents for sending to the Federal Treasury (notifications and pay documents).
• Keeping, searching and analysis of received and sent data.
• Generation of budget system revenues accounting of budget classification codes.
• Comparison of planned and factual revenue indications.
• Accounting of operations of budget system revenues administration.
• Integration of AIS Receipts Administrator accounting with a budget institution accounting system.
• Maintaining of data base of receipts administrator’s accounting objects in the different analytical viewpoints.

Technologies

Workplaces perform on the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 platform. Microsoft SQL Server 2005 is used as a data base management system.

System maintenance

The system effective performance is provided by the special maintenance team. The maintenance team render hot line support (phone, e-mail), consulting the users of system performance and settings. All users’ comments and requests are registered.
